System Requirements:
A 1.5 GHZ dual core processor with 1 Gb of RAM and Windows 7 or newer (Windows 7 through 10, but not RT) with an available USB 2.0 (or higher) port. Use a machine robust enough to properly support the operating system. Windows running inside a Virtual Machine (for example on a Mac) is not supported.

How to update the firmware of Hex V2
Before you update the Firmware of HEX V2, you need plug the HEX V2 interface to USB 3.0 port of your computer, then install the latest version VCDS software and VIIPlusLoader , run it as a administrator, turn off the antivirus softwares , such as AVG, McAfee, etc., Disable Windows Defender.
After update the firmware, you will be able to use the interface directly with English version VCDS.the other languages need to use by vcdsloader.
